Maintenance precautions for hydrogen temperature and humidity transmitters in energy storage system2024/2/23

Share to

The hydrogen temperature and humidity transmitter is the most commonly used instrument and equipment in energy storage system, and should be kept clean and intact during operation. In principle, it is not allowed to disassemble the transmitter or instrument wiring with electricity. If replacement or disassembly is required, the power should be cut off according to explosion-proof requirements before proceeding. Regular inspections should be conducted to verify whether all technical indicators meet the requirements.

1Regular calibrationHydrogen temperature and humidity transmitters need to undergo regular calibration to ensure the accuracy of measurement results. Use professional calibration equipment to ensure correct transmitter response. The purpose is to ensure the reliability of the measurement results.

2Check connections and cables: In order to ensure the stability of signal transmission, it is necessary to regularly check the connections and cables of the hydrogen temperature and humidity transmitter to ensure that the connections are firm, without looseness or oxidation. Loose connections may cause signal transmission failures or measurement distortion.

3Cleaning the sensor: In order to maintain the sensitivity of the sensor, it is necessary to regularly clean the sensor surface of the hydrogen temperature and humidity transmitter to ensure that the sensor components are free of dirt or deposits. Pollution may affect the accuracy of temperature measurement.

4Protective measures: For hydrogen temperature and humidity transmitters installed in harsh environments, consider using protective covers or covers to prevent dust, moisture, and other damage to the equipment, and reduce the impact of external environmental factors on the equipment.

5Regular check for output: Regularly check if the output of the hydrogen temperature and humidity transmitter is normal. If the output is abnormal, check if the meter head is damaged. You can first short circuit the two wires of the meter head. If the short circuit is normal, it indicates that the meter head is damaged. If the meter head is damaged, it needs to be replaced. Alternatively, connect the ammeter in series to the 24V power supply circuit and check if the current is normal. If it is normal, it indicates that the transmitter is functioning properly. At this time, check if other instruments in the circuit are functioning properly.

6Regular inspection of output accuracy: It is necessary to regularly check whether the output accuracy of the hydrogen temperature and humidity transmitter meets the requirements, and conduct an integrated debugging on a regular basis. Regularly check whether the insulation between the thermal resistance (or thermocouple) and the casing meets the requirements. If the insulation does not meet the requirements and will affect the output accuracy, corresponding insulation treatment needs to be carried out.

As the most commonly used instrument, the measuring performance of hydrogen temperature and humidity transmitters not only depends on the manufacturing level of the equipment, but also on the inspection and testing during use, effective daily maintenance, and reasonable fault handling, which are important means to ensure long-term precision and effectiveness of the equipment.
