For industrial and commercial enterprises implementing peak valley time of use electricity prices, energy storage systems can allow them to store electricity during valley hours and supply electricity during peak hours, so that they can earn profits through the price difference between peak and valley electricity prices. Through peak valley price arbitrage and demand control, the comprehensive reduction of electricity costs for enterprises has been achieved. For enterprises with high electricity consumption, avoiding power capacity expansion and renovation can save investment costs. Therefore, for areas with significant price differences between peak and valley electricity prices, installing energy storage systems is a valuable investment for a project. The configuration plan for energy storage power stations needs to provide the following information:

1Electricity bill listIt is best to provide the electricity bill list for the past 12 months, which is the payment receipt from the power supply bureau.

2Transformer data: What is the number and capacity of transformers corresponding to each household number in the electricity bill.

3Record of electricity consumption and daily load of a single transformer: Identify the typical monthly load record in the electricity bill, that is, the daily load record on the low-voltage side of a single transformer. If the daily load changes, the data needs to be filled in according to the changing pattern.

4System diagram: The user enterprise needs to provide a primary power distribution system diagram.

5Backup interval: In order to meet the electrical connection of the energy storage power station system, the on-site low-voltage cabinet needs to reserve a backup interval for connection.

6Installation location: The energy storage device should be selected in a suitable location, whether indoors or outdoors. Users are responsible for leveling and hardening the site to prevent flooding, connecting cables and network cables, and cooperating with installation.

After the enterprise user provides the above information in its entirety, the construction unit needs to go to the site to survey and survey the terrain, and issue design requirements. So the completeness and accuracy of the preliminary data have an impact on the overall operation of the project.
